Floor Tile Installation in Colorado Springs
New floors change everything about a room — and tile flooring done right will outlast every other option. I’m Simon Beames, and I specialize in tile flooring installations that are perfectly flat, properly bonded, and built to handle decades of foot traffic.

Substrate Prep Is Everything
A tile floor is only as good as what’s underneath it. Before a single tile goes down, I ensure the subfloor is structurally sound, flat (within 1/8″ over 10 feet), and properly prepped with the right underlayment. That might mean self-leveling compound, Schluter DITRA uncoupling membrane, or cement board — whatever the situation demands.
Radiant Heated Floors
Colorado winters are cold, and stepping onto a warm tile floor in the morning is a luxury you’ll wonder how you lived without. I install electric radiant heat systems under tile in bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, and throughout entire homes. The system sits in thin-set under the tile and adds virtually no height to the floor.
Whole-Home Flooring
I take on projects of all sizes — from a single bathroom floor to entire home tile installations. For larger projects, I plan the layout room by room to ensure consistent grout lines through doorways and seamless transitions throughout the home.
